Default Possible New Mirror Idea???

Has anyone ever seen or heard of anything along these lines? A mirror that would stick to the body or A-pillar via magnet. In many industries, rare earth magnets have replaced temporary fasteners. I would think a mirror bracket that had a 90 degree angle so it would contact both the front and side of the windshield frame might be strong enough. With some sort of thin padding to save the paint, of course. I know wrecker services use lights on an extremely strong magnet base for the auxillary tail lights, so why not a mirror based on the same principle? I really like how we don't need tools to remove the doors, so why should we need them for something just to stay legal. This is just food for thought and any ideas/modifications to this idea are welcome.

that sounds like a good idea i kinda thought like the old cars used to put the mirrors way out front on the hood someplace . parts needed
1. mirror
2. magnet
3. thin rubber or felt for base
4. silicone to stick everything together
