Default Post lift knocking

So I've had my lift on for a couple weeks now and I've been noticing some knocking and clicking coming from the back end when I go over anything uneven. Anyone have an idea on what I should check?

Could be sway bar end links. What type of lift did you get?

Might have put your rear bumpstops on backwards. Any slight bump makes a clunk....Don't ask me how I know

Tighten your sway bar links. Definitely the problem.

Could be the rear track bar hitting the rear passenger side spring. That's what mine was doing. Bought the Rock Krawler wedges and it fixed the problem.

I had to tighten the sway bar links as well. I isolated the problem by having a buddy rock the S out of my Jeep while I looked around.

It's a 2.5" teraflex, and it does kinda sound like something hitting the spring. I'm gonna check it tomorrow and tighten everything. Thanks guys.

this is the problem. Rear trackbar is making direct contact with the passenger side spring.
