Powder coat help...
I would go with matte black. Buy why powder coat? You could just do what the guys at 4wheel drive mag do for their offroad adventure rigs and spray can them. A lot less than $600 and easy to touch up when you need to.
I would also consider leaving the beadlock silver since you're going to get rock-rash constantly (or curb-rash for mall-crawlers). It's going to look like crap all scratched up. At least with silver, you won't notice it as much. You can paint the inside any color you want, but I would leave the bead silver.
Post pics when you're done.
I'm really not into rattle canning my wheels when these are kinda pricey. PSC (when they were open) recommended powder coat as well. If it don't turn out the way I want then I can always change the bead lock at a later date.
how long ago did you get em? i called psc yesterday and got an answering machine that said that they will come out with more details of their reopening later.
i hope i can still get the spyderlocks. the only problem is im gonna have to get rid of these.....
