Powder coat problems?

so my recomendation is if you have a sandblaster blast the hell out of it. or if not just use some aircraft stripper sold at your local auto parts store and strip it down (shouldn't take long if you can use your fingernail). then sand it with some heavy grit and wipe it with a wax and grease remover. take a can of bedliner and spray it with about 3 coats waiting 5 min before each coat.

it is only a evap skid that you will pobabbly beat up anyway. and you will almost never see it. the jeep will be rusted out before that thicker metal rusts through.
good advice, i was going to suggest to just sand it and paint it, as you said is only a skid.
