Powdercoat or rattle-can bumper?

So I plan on getting the Poison Spyder Brawler Lite Front Bumper with the stinger, but can't decide if I want the black powdercoat option or try to just rattle can it myself. My local powdercoat shop quoted me a price that was outrageous, so that's out unfortunately.
Does anyone have experience with the durability of the powdercoat? Happy with the color (I mean this more in the sense of the level of gloss vs flat)?
Thanks for any advice or insight!

Powdercoating chips. I have the same bumper and painted it myself. I used a self etching metal primer then I used a rattle can bed liner. And I couldn't be happier. Very easy to touch up and it has a matte black finish which I like
Hope that helps. And pretty cheap. I think I used 2 cans of primer and 2 cans of bed liner. And I keep a can in the back for touch ups.
Good luck

I vote for rattle can, especially if you live where they salt the roads in the winter, like I do. I rattle canned my rock sliders with the Rustoleum bedliner a year ago. I only had a few chips from rocks being kicked up that I sanded and sparayed again for about $20 ( used a whole can on each rail).

I have the rear PSC bumper and I had a friend professionally bedline it. Think he used raptor liner. Thicker than rattlecan but not too thick to cause fitament issues. I've smashed it off rocks and it holds up way better than powdercoat. Touch up, if needed, has been done with rattlecan.
I vote for either heavier bedliner which you can do yourself or take your time and properly prepare and spray with rattlecan.

Powdercoat definitely.
Sandblasted, Zinc'd, and Powdercoated a used bumper I bought. Looks brand new. Is rust inhibited thanks to the Zinc coating. Ended up costing me 165 bucks. (65 to remove the paint, rust, and previous powder-coating, and 100 for the powder coat and zinc)
Totally worth it IMO. Despite what anyone says, it's the most durable coating you're going to put on that metal.

I guess I was wondering if anyone could comment specifically on the quality of the powdercoat if I order it that way from NR4X4. So I would assume its the powdercoat that comes from PSC.
Seems like the votes are pretty evenly split. I like the idea of being able to touch it up myself if I bang it on rocks.
