When I did them on my old 08, I ended up getting the power door patches and the full door harnesses from the dealer as they weren't too expensive. That way it was all plug and play, I just taped off the the power window plug since it wasn't used. I even got crazy and installed the power lock switches from the hard doors as well.

further to Jeff's post, the door latches included in the half door kit are not power latches. The included wire harness has the 2-pin plug connector for non-power equipped JK's. But it should also have come with an additional ten-pin block that can be swapped onto the harness. But that is simply to provide the connection, it won't make the latches operate the power locks.

There is a separate adapter for JK's that have power mirrors ('12(?)-'13s)

Like Jeff, I also opted to pick up actual power latches and the matching wire harness but I did not think to add the power lock switches to the door. Well played, Jeff, well played! I'll be looking into that....

Same as above, get the power lock latches and roll up/ziptie the harnesses you don't use (power windows maybe power mirros). I did this in my '10.
