Default Power Steering Cooler..

just curious, but has anyone installed a power steering cooler for a reg steering box setup on the JK??? it is a great idea.. my ram had a factory one and besides that having a rack and not a box (1500) the pump is similar. i thought it was very smart..

so has anyone done it or should i try it???

POWER STEERING WORKS HARDEST WHEN THE VEHICLE ISN'T MOVING. a cooler would be a great idea.

dot 3 brake fluid boils at over 400 degrees. I don't think it would matter much with a cooler or heat sink. I highly dought it will get that hot.

the power steering runs on atf4, not brake fluid, and most trans damage is due to heat over 230. thats why ppl run aux. trans coolers.. to PREVENT damage.

i hope u didnt put dot 3 in your power steering...
