Default Power Steering Failure Right Side Only

My 2008 Rubicon just yesterday started having power steering issues. The power steering works when turning the wheel left, but it is nonexistent when turning right. The fluid is full and looks like it should (as far as I can tell). Any ideas?

I did some searching, but haven't found anything exactly like my problem, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had something similar happen. The steering stabilizer was bent and I couldn't turn right. Check to make sure there is nothing binding when you are trying to turn to the right. Jack up the front end and put the front axle on jack stands so the tires are just off the ground, then have someone hop in and SLOWLY turn the wheel right and left and see if anything is not working correctly.

Other than this, sounds like the steering box broke.
