Default Power surging and error codes

Does anyone know why I am getting u1412 and p0573? My indicators for brake, traction control and ABS light up randomly while driving straight. I recently got new duratrac 33" tires right before this started happening. I also have 1.5" wheel spacers, 1.75" coil pucks up front (leveling), and a 40" light bar and warn winch. Errors didn't start until the new tires. Is it possible they damaged a wheel speed sensor installing the tires? Also when the lights all come on, it seems to surge the power for radio/Bluetooth.

Sounds like someone damaged your ABS sensors that are by your disk brakes. Probably extended them too much or ripped them.

Isn't the ABS and Speed sensor the same thing?

I just did a Mopar BBK install, and noticed last week that these lights came on for 2 days in a row. I suspected my L/F speed sensor since during the install I tried to route that wire to the front side of the shock, so I removed it from the wheel, then noticed the wire was too short for that routing and put it back to the way it was. Kind of suspected maybe some dirt got on it, during my removal/re-attach process which caused the lights to go on. It's been almost a week since those lights came on. So far I'm crossing my fingers that things fixed themselves.
