Default power tank mounting options??

I have a powertank PT10 but I dont havea bracket for it. How is everyone mounting theirs? Are you mounting them to rollbar or to the floor or on the fenderwell? Thanks

I've got mine standing up in the cargo area behind the rear seat passenger side headrest with one strap looped around and under the regulator guard and clipped to each side of the sturdy headrest mount and another strap near the bottom of the tank clipped to the cargo hoop located where the back seats folds down. Very sturdy setup. With a 25' coiled hose no need to remove the tank to air up.

On another note with regard to CO2 refills I never realized that the larger liquor stores that refill kegs or home tap CO2 tanks can do the same with the PT for $1 per lb maybe less. I found a liquor store to be more convenient then locating a CO2 refill station. If you can weigh tank before and after to see how much fit otherwise you are likely to be charged for 10 lbs when only 7 fit. I use a small handheld battery operated digital fishing type of scale also sold by PT.

Enjoy!

Default Mounting CO2 Tank

I mounted my 15 Lb CO2 tank like this with the clamps from "Power Tank". The clamp part numbers are "ABC-2450" for black or "ABC-2350" for red.

With a bracket, you can mount a tank here if you have a hardtop.

I like your setup! Maybe I will change to that arrangement. What holds the jack in place and what is the PT bracket secured to?
