Default Powertank Question

I am about to pull the trigger on a powertank. I am between a 10lb and a 15lb tank. My question is will I be able to mount a 15lb tank on the rear passenger side roll bar of my 2 door and still clear the hardtop?

If you have pics showing a 10 or 15lb tank set upon this configuration please post them up. Thanks.

i don't have a power tank setup but i got a 20# setup that i got from a local gas company for about $200. i would think a 15lber would fit.

I went with the 20lb. Air wrenches/grinders love to empty tanks fast. I don't have a compressor at home. It is my main air source for all my air tools. Can't afford the 1000 for a decent compressor. It is huge though. I plan to buy a 10lb to keep with me in the Jeep. Even the 15 would be big for everyday carry IMO. The 15 would be perfect if you only plan to carry it in the Jeep for trail use. Size matters since I have a 2dr.

yeah i think a 15lb would be about perfect to use around the house and to carry in the jeep. i think it may be too big to mount the way i want to though on the roll bar. i know that it would fit in a four door with no issue, but the two door is a different story.

If I had the unlimited I would be getting the 15lb. I like how the tank looks mounted to the roll bar. I would be too scared to leave it there with the top off. Too expensive, and I live in Dallas. What ever size that you choose. .. You will be very happy. One of my best purchases.

I believe you can get the ARB Twin 100% duty for just under $500.
