Exactly - but w/ a higher pressure & flow regulator it would be possible.

i just ordered one from these guys - they have a minimum order so it can take some time, or you can pay 30 more for the same regulator and by-pass the minimum order amount....ill just wait.

this is the 2 stage (dual gauge) 5-175psi adjustable regulator, with gauge protector boots.

UNIWELD R1363 CO2 REGULATOR (5-175 PSIG) UPC 12311 NEW

order the above, add your own quick disconnect, hose and c02 bottle & youre good to go.

Would either of these work just as well as the Uniweld version? Basically you want one gauge for air pressure and one for tank pressure, right?

Is that the same regulator as the link you posted? The Uniweld site lists that regulator as a single stage single gauge.

both COULD work...

the 2nd one has a pop off limit of 55-60 psi so as long as you never need more psi than that youll be ok....but

itll never be good for anything other than topping off tires (under 55psi).

Thanks for the info. I really appreciate it! I ordered the Uniweld regulator you suggested... now I play the waiting game.

i just used my tank (again)...to top off/balance my 110psi coach tires....set the regulator to 175psi and it takes SECONDS to add a few pounds of air to a (previously) difficult tire to air up !

Maybe I should start a new thread but my question is so simple.....Can a Powertank(or equivalent) be mounted horizontally or must it be vertical? Not for use but just during storage/mounting.

You may mount the bottle anyway you like. To use co2 it should be in the upright position.
