I bought my programmer 2 months ago from quadratec because their website said it would work on an 09. I was very disappointed to find out otherwise, but still waited patiently. I was again very excited when I saw this post that it would finally work on my jeep.
I downloaded the latest version and attempted to install it into my jeep. I keep getting a error code 60, cannot enter diagnostic mode, so I called Hypertech. The guy I spoke with told me I needed to disconnect any aftermarket items. So I disconnected the power from both my Sirius, and my cb. But to my continuing dissappointment, I got the same error code.
I have called Hypertech back and they informed me that these will not work on the 09. I explained that their website even showed that it would work on an 09, but he insisted that they arent updated to work on the 09 yet, and told me if I gave him my info he would contact me when it was ready.
I believe that its time to just call it done, and get my money back. If their customer service is any indicator of what Im in for, I dont want any part of it.
