im not sure if i got ripped off, but i went to a place that did my buddys long arm. i got a 2.5" TF coil lift installed for $550. i know im gonna catch some shit for not doing it myself. i dont care. it saved me time and the wife didnt have to worry about it falling apart on the freeway. so i paid for peace of mind too.

Edit: they also added my adjustable arms and track bar, wheel spacers, threw on my new tires and rims and some other stuff. Plus they did an alignment at the tire shop across the street for me. it drives strait as hell. its been over a year now and no problems what so ever.

same with my dealer, they see lifted jeeps as free advertisement. Most of the guys that work there including the manager have jeeps. i think if something ever does go wrong i will be fine. i am lucky to have a Mod friendly dealer. i know of a lot of others that have D1cks as dealerships and will screw you left and right.

I paid 250 to have my 2" rubicon express lift installed, at the time I didn't have time to install myself. It was a ood price for me even though it was my friends shop, I may have gotten alil over charged but I get discount on parts and jeep takeoffs from customers that don't want to lug home their original parts.

A buddy a me did mine, it would have been $800 to $ 900 for mine since it included arms and extra parts. No way I was giving that to someone to do the work. With all off the clubs and this forum you can get a group of guys together to knock out a lift in a afternoon and have a damn fun time doing it.

Everytime I pull into the dealer lot all of the saleman drool over my JK. Best sales tool in the bussiness
