I don't think Amazon supports this site however Northridge does and they are $149 also.

Do these void the warranty at all? Do they help the delayed throttle response?

No the Procal doesn't do any tuning or change the throttle response. You can bring it back to stock in a few seconds if you go to the dealer. Won't affect your warranty.
