Pro-Cal
JUst got the AEV procal yesterday and had a qhestions about it . There is 1 setting not sure about, it is the Throttle Tolerance programming mode. Not quite sure what this does.
This mode allows the user to program throttle tolerance and effectively pair a PCM and pedal. When a new PCM or pedal has been installed, the previous values stored in the PCM may not match the specific tolerance of the pedal and need to be reprogrammed.
Here you go !
Throttle Tolerance programming mode is to "learn" the throttle when installing a new pedal or engine...like a V8. It's part of the hemi installation, otherwise a customer would need to tow it to a dealer for the initial startup procedure, same with the vin.
