Default Pro Comp Lift?

I have a procomp 4" stage two lift on my jk. I love the lift itself, but the poly bushing they sent me squeak like no other. They say they have new ones but I have yet to see them. Has anybody else come across this?

It drives me nuts but it dosn't keep me from Wheeling!!!

I spoke to some salesmen at 4WP because the bushings on my procomp shock kept bustin and they informed me that procomp has has problems with the supplier quality. They gave me new energy bushings to replace the busted ones. Hit them up, they might give you new ones too.

You can get energy bushings from any auto parts store for a few bucks. I have a few laying around just for back ups.

This may sound stupid, bit did you grease your bushings before install? I good coat of moly based lube on the bushings before install/or pull them out and lube them should cure your woes. Also as refrenced by Augie make sure you didnt get a set that was poor on quality.

There was a known bad batch of bushings that was sent to several manufactures including Pro Comp. Even if you grease them they still fall apart. Call Pro Comp and they will send you a bunch as replacments. They sent me about a dozen overnight.

Good luck! When you ask for the replacements, ask for all of them! I had had to go back to 4wp 3x's.
