pro comp lift kits
Save your money and buy a complete lift kit with arms and track bars. I originally purchased the ProComp Stage I 4" and I did not have any problems with it at all. Since then though I have purchased the Tera flex control arms(front and rears, uppers and lowers) and the JKS Track Bars. It would have be less expensive to just purchase a complete kit to begin with.

Thanks to everyones input here..
After reading all the facts about the ProComp 4" Stage II, I went to my 4 wheel parts store and asked the questions that were posed on the forum here.
We called procomp and these are the answers to the following questions that were given by the rep:
1. Does the above mentioned lift give a full 4"? Answer = "No, it gives with stock bumpers, etc, at most 3.25"
2. Do the coils ever come out of the buckets? Answer = "No, never heard of that happening"
Thats about all I remember, but thats what was concerning me.
I ended up dumping the lift and going with the Teraflex 4" full flex arm lift.

What do you all think?
Thanks

It should also be noted that ProComp does not make anything themselves. All their tires are made by Cooper (which is great, Cooper makes quality stuff), the steel wheels are made by cragar (also good quality), the alloys wheels are made bya nother company. Their shocks as I recall are manufactured by Rancho. I am not sure who makes the springs and the rest of the lift hardware though.
I only use this avatar because the forum has such a low file size that its the only one I could use. If it was up to 100kb I would have some others on here. Sorry if it offends, not the intention.
Back on topic though, the Teraflex 4" full flex suspension is alright?

the procomp lift ... from experience...
1) no adjustable trackbar so the body will not center over the tires
2) you will have bump steer since stock arms don't flex (like teraflex)
3) if you disconnect swaybar and go offroad your front spring will spin out and you will keep having to reset in perch
4) the springs will conpress and cause jeep to 'bottom out'
5) not a true 4" lift, so to use larger tires you will need to install a body lift (not reccomended) or throw procomp lift away and start over.
if you still want procomp i will sell you mine along with the MX6 shocks!
