Default Pro Comp Stage II lift, nipple problems

Any body out there with this lift or a lift like this with the control arms with a spherical joint on the mount on the frame side.
It is tapped for a grease nipple but there is now way a nipple will clear the mount especially on the rear lower control arms. when i put a nipple in there it hits and rubbs on the bottom of the mount
Is anyone removing some of the stock material from the mount?
I didnt want to just go ahead and start grinding and making it weak.
I imagine that is what is going to have to be done because there also would be no way of greasing the nipple without removing that end greasing and reinstalling
