Default Pro Comp Suspension "Clunk" HELP its getting worse

So I've had my new "to me" 2010 JK sport for about 3 weeks now that I purchased from the dealership. It was one of their demo models that the owner's son drove and decided they wanted to "trick out". Anyways long story short they installed a pro comp 4" suspension lift on it where they just replaced the front and rear coils, front sway bar links and added new es9000 shocks all the way around. They also added new aluminum wheels and 35" grabbers on it as well to compliment the new lift.

I purchased the jeep this way and have been loving it since the day I brought it home. Now I'm starting to wonder what this new found "clunk" is I'm hearing come from what appears to be the rear of the vehicle. It only seems to happen when I back down my driveway and get to the gutter, which isn't a very steep incline or drop but it seems to be getting more noticeable. I've rolled around under the Jeep a couple of times making sure everything is tight and looks straight and all seems well besides one thing. From the looks of it the rear coilsprings look like they're angled back rather than running straight up and down above the axle and mounts. Is this normal or is the rear axle too far back. They seem to angle back at the bottom farther than at the top. On all of my previous vehicles I've had leaf springs so I'm new to rear coils on this type of vehicle but that seems to be what I'm kinda wondering about. I've also moved the body back and forth sitting still and it doesn't seem to move like a rear track bar is loose and the axle is kicking out but I'm still at a loss. I talked to the dealership today and they have no recognition of this problem from the 10K miles that they put on it but I'm getting to the point where its getting loud enough and more noticeable that I'm thinking something could be wrong. I first thought it was a tire rub as they are close to the plastic fenders but after ruling that out I'm lost at what to check.

I know this is kinda a long post but if anyone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. On another side note I'm not to happy with the ride of the pro comp lift so I was wondering if anyone thought it would be beneficial to get a different lift and sell this one to recoup some of the cost? I'm not a hardcore wheeler as this is my daily driver but I want something that has good on road manners and is able to get me though a weekend trail without fuss. I've been looking at a teraflex 4" kit, about how much travel would I gain over the previously installed kit. I've never had it flexed out but I'm wanting a kit with good up travel and plenty of droop.

As stated any help is greatly appreciated.
