Default Problem with the body lift

I started to install the body lift this afternoon. Model: Rough Country 1.25" body lift for Unlimited.

I have a problem.... and I need some tips

There are 12 body mount locations (6 on each side)
Each body mount location has 2 stud nuts and 1 center stud bolts

I have removed the 12 stud nuts and 6 center stud bolts of one side.

I lifted the body, BUT the frame is going up with the body!!! Did I forget something?
I lifted the body of about 3 inches. Is it enough?
I started with the passenger's side, it's maybe the problem?
I have untightened the nuts (a little bit) of the other side. Is it bad?

THe body is still "glued" to the frame

if you have all the (2) nuts up front and all bolts out for sure, are you sure you are lifting your jeep up high enough. as you lift, your coils will need to unload before anything comes up off the frame.

You are probably right, I lifted the body only 4- 5 inches

I will go take another piece of wood, I will try 10-12 inches

One last question

I have installed the 5 big stud bolts of one side

And I realised that one of the stud bolt is 1/2 inch longer
I think its the rear one, but not sure?!?!?

Where is the rear crossmember? Do you mean the last one of the rear of the frame?

I found this in the Performance BL instructions

2008 only! Install kit bolt (12mm-1.75 x
140mm) all body mounts EXCEPT rear most
two. Install two kit bolt (14mm-2.0 x 140mm) in
two rear most body mounts. Use factory large
washer on each body mount.

Does it mean that the 2 rear kit bolts (one on each side) are longer?

"two rear most body mounts" I'm French and I don't understand this sentence...
