Default Problem with Front Shocks Bushings after Teraflex leveling kit install

Just noticed some metal clanking up front in the last couple of days...discovered that my top shock bushing on the drivers side is gone the one on the passenger side is torn up.

Installed the Spring Leveling kit a few weeks ago...it did not come with shock extensions and did not call for them....but could this be the issue?

Please help--- at this point I am stumped???

Please advise if you have any ideas..

Man...kinda a scary..

My only guess is that the shock was not put on properly after the install , but that is just a guess.

Dave---When I installed them was very straight forward...is it possible that I need the shock extensions?

I am getting some new parts tuesday...but I am afraid it will just happen again?

Yes---in the order you said.... washer...bushing...bushing...washer nut.

I have been off road quote a few times since install and disconnected twice...
i was wondering if it could somehow pull down hard enough on the shock to shred the top bushing???
