Default Problems with ACE Engineering front bumpers?

A buddy of mine ordered an ACE Engineering stubby front bumper and got it today. We tried to mount it tonight and found that the holes in the bumper are drilled wrong. Looks like they are off by about 1/4" and we couldnt install it. Anyone else ran into problems with it? Bolt to bolt is exactly 36" on the Jeep, but the distance on the bumper is 36 and 1/4"...anyone else run into this?

That is not something you usually hear about with ACE. Give them a call and they will figure out what is going on and make it right.
