Top one was manufactured 3 years ago, bottom one last year. Exact same part number exact same SKU.

The top box shows 5x127 bloat pattern with a -11mm offset. Bottom box shows 5x5 bolt pattern with -12mm offset. Same bolt pattern but offset is different.

Top wheel also has more rounded edges where the circular cut outs are while the bottom one is a lot "sharper"

And of course they are both marked flat black the but older manufactured top wheel is obviously a glossier flat black than the bottom.

Has anybody had any issues like this before

 

You can have the 1mm milled off, not an issue for a metal shop. They may have done a little more satin finish in the past or possibly the sunlight may have just got to the other wheel. Dunno what to tell you with the edges.

 

Send it back. That's crazy.

 

Weird. I have 7089, and the one for my second spare was ordered five years later. Except for trail rash, can't tell the difference.
