Default procomp steal rims

Who is running the series 97, 16x8 with 4.25 bs. I am getting ready to purchase these but have read some people have had problems with clearing these. Please give me a straight forward answer and if I should go with another steal rim, which one . thanks, mike

The ProComp 15x8's have had issues with caliper clearance. Haven't heard of any 16's with probs?

X2. I ran the 16x8's with no problem. That was after I tried the 15x8 and they wouldn't clear the brake caliper.

I thought someone said that there was about 1/8" between the rim and the brake pad bracket.

I think some of the cragers only have 5" of back space, and those were the ones giving people slight rubbing.
