I also have had some problems with my Pro comp wheels. I had the 9005 in Knight Chrome and the finish started peeling off and left an ugly splotchy black finish. The only wheel that this occurred on was the driver side rear. I contacted 4wheellparts where I bought the wheels and they gave me full credit for what I paid. The downside was I had to pay for mounting and re balancing. I also chose the 8128 wheels that were on backorder for the last 3 months. I couldn't teat up my other wheels before the exchange so I haven't been able to get out on many of the trails around here.

have you been around or in any salt water? That stufff after a while will kill the finich on aluminum wheels. I took my jeep sevral times off orad in myrtle beach SC where i have family and it ruined my stock rims. Ask any one near the beach about aluminum and they will tell you the same thing. Salt = Bad.

No salt, I called Pro Comp when the wheel started peeling and they said wheels with the Knight Chrome weren't even supposed to go through an automatic car wash?!!!!
