Default Programmer Problem

I have a superchips flashpaq installed on a 2009 Rubicon JK unlimited and I am trying to install the TPMS software that allows the vehicle to be aired down to zero psi. I have tried to install it with a 93 performance tune on the vehicle. I have tried to install it with the vehicle returned to stock. Nothing seems to work. With a tune installed, I get two key errors when I plug my tuner into my PC. I have gone to superchips website and followed there instructions to get around the key errors but it doesn't allow the adjustment of the TPMS. When I return the vehicle to stock and plug the programmer into my PC I can get to the section where I am able to download the software. I add it to my cart accept their terms and click ok it goes through the whole download process and tells me it is installed in the programer but if I go back to the purchase page it is showing it is still available. I plug my tuner into my vehicle and 25 psi is as low as it will air down. I have registered on superchips forum and they have not e-mailed me back. Also, nothing has showed up in my inbox about a receipt of the TPMS software install like it tells me it should. I have tried to contact superchips in the past on a tech issue. The time I contacted them was at 4:45 p.m est. (that is 15 minutes before they are supposed to close) and received the recording of their hours of operation. Any insight on how to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue a while back. I was something really stupid like I needed to download the tpms enable and not the disable. It's opposite of what you think it should be. Superchips told me that you want enable to system to shut off. Try downloading the other program and try that. It worked for me!

Default Programmer Problem

TPMS Off-Road Package
Model Number: 93875A1SCTPMD
Available for Vehicle: 0

The TPMS offroad feature removes the TPMS module limits allowing adjustment down to 0 PSI for off road aftermarket wheels and tires without TPMS sensors, rock climbing, and other general offroad use.

This feature is solely for offroad use.

In order to activate this feature the tuner must first be Vin-Locked to the host vehicle.

this is word for word from the Superchips Xpress Update when I plug my tuner in.

It's not like the procal where you set it to zero. If it is downloaded correctly, there should be a menu option to disable. (or enable the function that disables? The wording seems kinda backwords to me).

What was the problem? I am going to be disabling my TPMS via the Flaspaq shortly and I want to make sure I don't run into the same problems you had.

Thanks!

You need to download the tpms enable. This allows you to enable the disabling function. It's complety backwards of what you would think. This feature must be download as it is not a stock program.

You need to have a program on your jeep, tow, 93 performance, 87 octane it doesn't matter as long as it is tuned. If you plug the tuner into your OBD port and go through the tune process and can't find the TPMS offroad package header under advance options then you will need to go to Superchips website and download the Superchips Express and install it on your PC. If you plug your tuner into your USB port on your PC and get any errors then follow the instructions on the Superchips forum to work around the problem they are trying to fix. Hope this makes sense.
