IMO. Anyone running a lift and bigger tires with an auto trans will find it worth the $. You can't just look at ONE bennefit from the SC because it really does do what it is supposed to do. The better shifting alone was worth it to me! Plus the extra fuel mileage is pretty nice. Consider saving $5 per fill up, filling up once a week, the SC is almost paid for in a years time. I know some don't drive that much but some drive more.

Another cool thing is you can update it on-line. So, anything that SC comes out with in the future is easily upgraded onto my Flashpac! Pretty cool.

I'll probably go with a Superchip down the line. It seems like a really good product. I just want to wait a little while longer for all the bugs to get worked out. I really like the features that come on the SC, and how it is upgradeable. I bought the extended warranty with my JK and im not sure if hacking the computer will void all of that. I dont have too much longer to go until it expires, so I better start saving money. All these toys are expensive...

But if your speedo is off so is your odometer unless adjusted for the different tires.

I have/had no bugs in my Superchips. There will be additional features added but no bugs.

Yea, if you aren't lifted and running bigger tires then you really won't reep all of the bennefits of the SC. Wait and do the other stuff first!

It's not really a "bug" in the SC, it's just that there are so many different programs on the JK's that SC just hasn't written a program for all of them. With mine, it didn't work at first but in just a few days SC had completed a program for me and everything has worked great since.

I have a Hypertech programer. Can't beat the 2 mpg better fuel efficiency!!! It pays for itself after several months. I purchased mine in Sept. If my math is right, then it should have paid for itself a month ago.
