I am thinking of buying the Superchips tuner for my 08 JKU. Is it worth the money or do you barely feel any results? Want to hear from some people before I drop the cash on one. Thanks!

You can expect a horsepower gain in the mid teens, get your shift points correct and firmer along with calibrating for plus size tires. The cost/value of that is an individual judgement, but to me it was well worth it. I also had managed expectations as I didn't expect it to throw me back in my seat, light my tires on fire and lift the front tires while launching into single digit quarter miles.

really worth it! Love mine. I also used the CRAWL tune last week on the trail and it worked great! Helped with throtle control on the trail.

I was somewhat skeptical myself. After adding 37" tires and finding a Superchips tuner on Craigslist for $175, I figured I would give it a try. The 37" tires with 4.10 gears were bogging the drive-train down. I got the tuner, calibrated the tire and gear rations, and used the tow tune. It made a considerable difference. In no way is it a substitute for a much needed gear swap, but it makes it bearable until I can afford new gears. I was impressed by what the tuner can do.

I am in the same boat as you , I hear great things but don't really know if it's worth it i have 37's and 5.13 gears and I don't care about the speedometer being off , so what is the benefit of using one

If you have an automatic, the speedometer is key factor in determining shift points. Add the trans package, and you have a robust set of tools to adjust your shift points and firmness.

It's a auto and I can tell 2nd gear is off it seams like it wants to bogg down going up hill in the low gears , but besides that I can't tell if there would be a great difference , I wish I could use somebody's for a week and try it out then I would know if I should get it
