Default PSC brawler lite bumper?
One question does the bumper come with light tabs welded to the front hoop?

It doesn't come with any tabs at all. They are on option for $50 more each set

I believe there is an option for tabs on the winch fairlead mount

You can purchase a light tab kit for the winch fairlead. It will fit a rigid 10" bar or two individual lights.

I have that and have two Rigid Dually lights mounted above the Hawes Fairlead.

I have the dually 1s. I got them free from PSC when I bought my bumpers in the summer. I think it was their July special. I like them a lot. Can't imagine how bright the 2s must be because mine do a nice job.
