Could possibly have a broken wire or bad wheel sensor.

It takes about 30 miles of driving before the light will reset. If your drivability is good, just drive it for a couple days then if it doesn't reset start looking for problems

off hand no i dont know. but when i had problems because my steering wheel was off the ESP/ABS would reset when i turned off the jeep. may just go around and check all of the wires. and could hitup an autozone or some parts store that will do a free code reading. if it comes up with a code it may tell you which one is having a problem.

A friend of mine had this exact problem and the wheel sensor was bad

When you disconnected the steering shaft from the original steering box to install the new psc steering box, did you make sure you tied off the steering wheel so that it wouldn't turn a revolution or two by accident? It's possible for this to happen and if it did the steering wheel sensor thinks it's turned. Good luck. Hopefully you get it figured out.
