The best I have been able to figure out is "no" there isn't. I don't think the Atlas t-cases have a provision either unless one of the new 4 speed ones do. There may be another aftermarket t-case out there that does.
The one possibility would be the military version of the jk, the J8 may have a pto provision because the military like pto winches.
