Default Put Towhooks on non-towhook bumper..

Hey I just noticed this thread and if you scroll down a bit, you'll see the one base model bumper with no towhooks, but it has the area where the slot would be... i'm just wondering if you think Jeep would let you buy the towhooks and then just take the stock bumper cover off and cut the wholes out, and bolt on the tow hooks?

I will try this when i get my non-towhook bumper this week...

Sweet! I was thinking something similiar, just to have something there until I can get a new bumper with shackes.

Yes, maybe we need a "How To" section so we can start teaching/learning how to mod our new Jeeps.

Actually, we do have a Write-Ups page on Project-JK.com where we will feature all the "How To" stuff we do. Most everything else from anyone else should be posted here on the Modified JK Tech board. But, depending on how things go, maybe we will start up a separate section
