Default pwr doorlocks

i can't be the only one who bought a jk w/ no power doorlocks, and now want's to install them. i installed a viper remote start alarm and have never had a vehicle w/out pwr doorlocks. i know it sounds petty but i've got an infant daughter, when you have the alarm and pwr locks, the doors lock themselves when vehicle is put in drive. i worry that i may forget to lock all doors and somone would try to car jack me "which has happened before, gladly with out the baby. i know this thread is rambling but im no author any sugestions about installing power door locks would be appreciated (i've already tried a couple custom shops in phnx. who said thy wanted nothing to do with it)

Wow....you must be visiting the wrong shops! Its not too difficult to install a power door module and some actuators. It would all tie in with your existing Viper stuff as well most likely.

There has to be dozens of decent shops in the PHX area....someone will do it.

I agree that someone with competent alarm installation skills should be able to do this. I put them on my TJ back in '98 and even had a disconnect plug so that I could still take the doors off just like the JKs from the factory (DCX stole my idea!). Good luck.
