That is funny that you say that you guys must have trouble with some of your shipping companys. I just received my hood and wanted to inspect it on the R&L Carriers truck and the driver said here it is the box is not damaged, so we are not responsible for what is inside it and I said I am going to look anyways, he didnt like that too much. You might want to look into this Because I thought that was wrong of him to say I mean I paid $200 to have that thing shipped and this clown is saying if it is damaged it is mine anyways I think not.
It is very rare that a hood arrives in defective shape. We require the customer to check the hood BEFORE signing for it to ensure it is not damaged. Regardless of what the truck driver may say, you are allowed to inspect it on the truck before signing for it. If the hood is damaged, please take pictures and refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. The body shop packs up the hoods for us and they are picked up by the freight company directly from there. Our painter ensures that every hood goes into the box 100% defect free.
We use factory Mopar paint codes as well as the body shop.
