Default question?

My local dealer has different packages for the 2.5" OME lift. The cheapest has springs, coils and a track bar relocated bracket. Next package adds adjustable track bar. How important is it that I get the track bar when I first put on the lift? I am running 33's and will be doing very little off road.

The body just won't be centered over the frame/tires. If the look doesn't bother you and you're just on road driving I don't think it will hurt a thing.

...and why would they sell it as a "package" without the adjustable track bars?

Most agree at this height the most you will see is 1/4 inch of offset, which generally will not affect handling or cosmetics to all but the most trained eye. Every Jeep is slightly different, and some report a full 1/4 inch while others report no discernible offset.

Best bet is to go without, and then if it bothers you or you think it is adversely affecting the handling, there are plenty of aftermarket choices out there. As a thought, AEV is coming out with a new front trackbar relocation bracket for this height, similar to the one they throw into their bigger lift kits, may be worth checking out as it should address not only any trackbar issues, but reset to factor camber as well.
