Default Question about Bushwacker fender finish

So I just bought a used set of Bushwacker pocket flares. Overall they are in fantastic shape and worth every penny I spent on them, but the finish has some scuffing in it that don't show up when they are wet, so i'm assuming that there is a way to revive the finish. I read a bunch of threads about using back to black on plastic fenders and 303 and other things to clean them - will that revive them a bit?

I'm asking because i'm going to put them on the jeep probably this weekend and if there is anything that I should do BEFORE i mount them I want to know. any ideas are appreciated.

I have the bushwacker flat flares with some trail pinstriping and I plan on bedlining them.
