Default Question about lifting

I'm damn near ready to pull the trigger on a TF 2.5" coil lift for my 2dr. I have 1" spacers from a previous order.

My question is if I used both of these together, for a total of 3.5" of lift, will I have to change any drive shafts or do any other mods?

Much thanks in advance

Lots of posts about this. Your answer is an unsatisfying maybe.

Yeah. You may be able to find my recent thread on this.

I've spoken to the most reputable dealer, folks at the manufacturer and a lot of folks here at in my jeep club.

You'll want to make sure you have the parts needed to get your caster and pinion set back to stock. This will involve at least a front trackbar, front lower and rear upper control arms and a rear track bar bracket.

If you dial in your rear very well, you may see no problems. I think the most complete answer is that you CAN run stock shafts but it is likely that you WILL need to replace them ( rear in 2dr ).

I'll be sure to follow up on all my threads after I install.

I used the RK 2.5 Max Travel setup. It has front trackbar, rear trackbar mount, lower CLs front and rear, no uppers. Using specs listed in the instructions, my alignment was perfect with caster = 5.5. I was stoked.
