Default Question On Air Shocks and Tires Size :

1: Would a good Air shocks hurt the suspension on a stock (NO LIFT) X 2Dr JK (for that little extra lift) incase you need it. ?

2: Before starting an off road trip with a stock X 2Dr with an automatic, I'm thinking about buying the TOYO OPEN COUNTRY M/T LT265/75R16 7.0-7.5-8.0 rim 31.8" tall on a stock wheel . Will it fit ?

Thanks

Default Shocks

How about the Rancho RS9000 RCX Remote Control Damping System
On-the-fly Adjustments

I had air shocks on my CJ, if you aired them up for lift it rode twice as bad as it already did. Think WOL did a right up on coil air bags, for a little lift when your haulin extra gear. I wouldn't reccommend air shocks for lift, not sure if they'd work well with a coil spring susp like we have, and maintain a good ride.

For the price of this system you could get the TFBB and have a proven lift and shocks and money left over.

The only way I would run air shocks is if I ran a complete air suspension system like the AiRock. Otherwise your jeep isn't going to ride that great.
