Default question on backspacing for Black Rock wheels, 16x8

I'm thinking about putting 16x8 Black Rock Soft 8's on my stock 08 sahara unlimited, im also going to put 33 in BFGs as well. Just trying to figure out what backspacing I should go with, there is are 5, 4.5 and 4 as the options, any suggestions?

I have the 997s 16x8 with 4.25" BS with 33 KM2...there was no issues. I ended up getting wheel spacers just to spend more money

Before the spacer they barely stuck out, maybe 1/4-1/2 inch. now they stick out about 1.25 inches (stock flares)
