Default Question on Trektop NX Tailgate Bar

Gang, I'm about to order a Trektop NX and have read on here a OEM tailgate bar works wonders with the set-up. Is a Mopar tailgate bar what I need? Do I need the additional plastic ends as well? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Here's the bar I think I need, just want to be sure:

Why do the Mopar bar and clips work better than what comes with the top?

*Also, do either of these work with the tuffy security deck? I'd like to get that this spring...

It looks like the trek top bracket is riveted on wrong.

i hope it works without, i just ordered a trektop nx wednesday and was told i didn't need anything other that what is in the box. i'm gonna be pretty upset if i have to spend another $100 on a tailgate bar and clips to make it work.

my guess is that it easier to access then with the supplied bar.
The supplied bar works but it is hard to unclip it and then reclip.

How bad is the included one? I want this same top and don't have a factory soft top. I really don't want to spend an extra 100 to make it work right.

Its not bad unless its cold outside. I just didn't know what the differences were and wanted to know if the stock one made it easier due to a different design or if it attached differently
