Questions about BFG KM2's
Actually this is for my dad, he is looking at getting a set, but I see plenty of guys on here running them so I figured I would ask here. He is wanting to get a 35.
1. How good are they on the high way?
2. How loud are they?
3. I know they are good on rock, but what about mud(not mud bogging, just mud)?
4. Does the tread seem to take the rocks good, or does it rip and break off?
5. how do they hold up at 10 psi?

They are a M/T; that being said, I have driven mine 500 miles in 1 weekend (wheeling, driving) and they do quite well on the highways.
They are much much quiter than I thought they would be; however they will get louder down the road when they begin to wear more.
They will dig as long as you trun them.
I have some cuts after going on the rocks a few times. However I think any rock that is sharp enought can and will slice any tire. The cuts are not that deep as the sidewall is 3 ply (I think).
I ran 15 fine, have not tried anything less.

1. Great on the highway. I've taken several long distance trips
2. Very very low hum. Nothing annoying or loud
3. They've done well in the mud I've been in
4. Do rocks taken any chunks out of mine. They hold up well
5. Only aired down to 15 psi so far

I have these tires in a 35 on a 2 door rubi.
They drive good on the highway, no wandering or tracking.
Noise level is about on par with the factory 32 bfg mt they put on the rubi.
Mud? I live in AZ
They do really well in the rocks. I have run mine hard and they seem to get small cuts in them but do not really chunk. I have run as low as 6 psi and it seems like 9-10 is a good psi. Too low and you lose alot of clearance.
Overall they are a great tire. I little stiff on road when aired up but look at them as a better handling, quieter MTR with a tougher sidewall. If you buy them you really won't have any complaints and they will perform very well.

35psi seems to be good on the highway, but is a bit rougher ride. I like running 29psi around town (smooth ride), and air up to 35psi for longer runs to help on the dismal gas mileage.
But I'm not running stock rims either. You do understand that if you put those on stock rims, you'll need to add wheel spacers.
