Default Questions about gearing, shocks and hitting 100k miles.

I have had my 08 since new. Put 18in wheels with 35's on it, I have been putting off re gearing it until now. Is this package any good? JK Non Rubicon 30/44 Gear Package and Master Overhaul Kits . Should I do 4.88 or 5.13? Also My wife wants me to "soften" the ride a little bit. Have a pro comp 4in lift on it with the pro comp cheap shocks. Would changing the shocks to bilstien help(or recommend me a decent shock)? Also for those that are over 100k miles. Did you do any special maintenance when you hit 100k miles? Thanks.
