Questions regarding applying 16.5 Swampers
Hi to all...
I would like to run the narrowest(,9.5 in.,) Super Swampers on my JK, and 16.5 inch is the only diameter tire they make.
What is the best way to go about this, can I run 16.5 rims and what manufacturer makes a rim ,for the money of course, that will look as good or better than the stock rims that are on it?
I would like to run 34x9.50 x 16.5's if at all possible.
Will I have to lift the vehicle? It looks like there will be plenty of room without doing so.
Thanks for your help.

I dont understand why you need to run a narrow tire, but I would stay away the from 16.5" wheel size. Your choice of wheels will be VERY limited. Try using 16" or 17", you'll have better luck.
As for 34" tires, you'll need 2.5" - 3" of lift

You can get the special service LTB's in 33 X 9.5 X15 or 33X9X16 so Id go for one of them before getting a 16.5" rim.
The only reason to go to a 16.5" rim is Hummvee double beadlock rims, but like said tire choices are VERY limited.
