Default A quick bumper mount question

I am playing around with a few idea for building a custom bumper, but I need to know the dimensions of the mounting plates that the bumper bolts to. I know there are a lot of folks out there who have either made their own bumpers or have installed their own, so I'm hoping the info is out there. Unfortunately we are covered in snow and I only have access to a garage once a month. If I can find the dimensions ahead of time I should be able to install my bumper with my next day in the garage. If my description doesn't make sense, what I'm looking for is the height and width of the mounts in the picture below.
