Default quick lift question

if i got a 3in suspension lift, and a 1 inch body lift, the body lift would not affect the driveshafts and it would be the same as the 3 in lift right?

right, body lift doesnt effect it..

with 3" of lift, you could still run into issues with driveshafts

Be sure to research the coils you want. Some give significantly more lift than the stated number. (TF 3" coils are known to be in the 4-5" range, depending on model and added weight)

I have the TF 3" kit, auto, 4dr. I also got the 3" thinking it would save the need for driveshafts. Wrong. My front DS was hitting on the skid plate which forced it over into the tranny oil pan. Solution so far has been to notch out the skid. But I'll be getting a new front DS someday.
