Default Quick sway bar question

I just installed the front portion of an OME coil lift. I purchased a set of used rear sway bar links from another member and put them up front in place of the stock links. However, I used the light duty OME springs up front and did not get quite as much lift as I expected. Now with my rear sway bar links attached my sway bar points slightly up, about the same amount as it would point down if I were to keep my stock links on. My question is, would there be any reason to have a preference for the bar to point slightly down over slightly up? Not being near my jeep right now I'm guessing the sway bar is angled maybe 10 degrees up at the moment.

Thanks.

slightly up is actually about where you want it to be. being short can be a problem especially if you have a rubicon as they links can over extend and wrap around the tie-rod when flexing.
