Friend of mine is looking to get new wheels on his jeep but doesn't have money for tires yet. Will the stock rubicon tires be ok to put on a 17x9 wheel? I told him they would fit but it would look a little odd because the tires are narrow. Thanks for the help.

 

they'll be fine and if anything, the profile of the tires will look bulkier. however, if you air down your tires for trail us, the wider width will make it easier to roll a bead.
