Default R/C Body Lift

I have a 2.5 coil and shock lift currently, and wanted to get a bit more height, and was wondering if anyone has used the R/C 1.25 body lift? When installing a body lift, does it change anything that I should be aware of?
I had heard that you might need to change brake lines, something about the tranny boot(?), etc.
Any help would be appreciated. Any down sides to body lifts?

brake lines will be fine but you do have to trim the shift boot if you have a 6speed. i have this lift sitting in my guest room waiting for time to intall it.

Not sure what you mean by shift boot? Are you talking about the one on the inside of the JK? What do you have to trim?

He is talking about the rubber shift boot under the shifter console.. Check out the write up section.. W.O.L. put on a m.o.r.e kit,it shows the triming of the boot.. I ordered a daystar kit for my rig, just waiting for it to show up

Just noticed the write up in R/C and their saying the manual requires a shifter extension with the lift. If I am reading their page right, it costs more than the lift.

I have the R/C 2.5" progressive rate spring kit, 2.2 shocks, 1.25" body lift. Running 35's with R/C wheel spacers. I have 10,000 miles on this kit without any issues.

If you are going to wheel it, don't do the body lift. You will not have as much frame clearance as a bigger suspension lift. If you are doing it for looks, I'm sure there are some Hummer forums that might help.
