Default Rancho lift

Anyone have any experience with this kit:

RANCHO 4" Long Arm Suspension in Red with RS9000XL Shocks for 07-15 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

The rear setup looks interesting to a novice like myself.

Looks like that lift has a drop pitman arm for the steering correction. That's not a great way to go it's asking for trouble if you wheel the jeep.

A better question would be what are your intentions for your jeep? What size tires are you going to run, are you going to wheel it, etc?

And you can run a 4" lift without going to long arms on the jk platform and still have great handling and flex. That kit wouldn't be how I would lift my jeep, but my use may be different from yours.

I'm actually not planning on going over 35's and that's not until my stocks need replacing. Even then I'll likely try and tuck them under the Teraflex leveling kit pucks I have now and add some flat fenders.

I was hoping someone could educate me on that rear setup that's going on in that kit. Just looks really weird and like it would limit flex. Then again I'm new to this stuff.
